Blair Charity Group

Taking steps to help the community make strides.

The Blair Charity Group serves youth by offering high-quality, year-round programming that promotes teamwork, leadership and community-service in a sports-based setting. In 2000, Joseph Blair started The Arizona Basketball Academy in order to offer a professional basketball camp experience to youth who may not otherwise have the opportunity. Offered as a weeklong summer camp and monthly daylong clinic, the program focuses on basketball and life skills. Every session includes a segment designed to build skills off the court including: financial literacy, social media responsibility and life skills

Objectives include:

  • Maintaining physical optimization and balance
  • Cultivating teamwork and personal responsibility
  • Social interaction between diverse economic, social and geographic groups

The Arizona Basketball Academy hosts a weeklong summer camp that not only focuses on teaching basketball skills but also builds social and life skills. Our 2019 camp is taking place at Pueblo High School: June 17th – June 21st!

5 awesome years of this fun-filled annual event were held at Golf N’ Stuff on the last night of our week long summer camp. Attendees have unlimited access to all of the games and attractions. All campers are invited to enjoy this celebration which also provides a wonderful opportunity for supporters and participants to connect. 2019’s event will be held at Funtasticks on Friday June 21st from 6pm – 9pm. FREE to all campers and their families! Anyone else interested in attending just say you are with BCG and it’s only $5.11 per person for the night!
